We have transacted numerous portfolios on both the disposal and acquisition side but in addition to this we also work with various Funds, national and regional PropCo's and private investors to provide tailored advice across their respective portfolios with a view to maximising the returns of each individual property at disposal.

Our services can examine the fundamentals of each asset to provide strategic advice that may typically include the following:

• Advice around various scenarios that may follow lease renewals/re-gears
• Development advice and redevelopment/refurbishment projects
